Politika diskriminuese e Serbis\u00eb q\u00ebndron n\u00eb faktin se n\u00eb momentin kur shqiptar\u00ebve u pasiviziohet adresa e vendbanimit dhe fshihet nga regjistri civil i shtetit, ai\/ajo nuk mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb let\u00ebrnjoftim t\u00eb ri ose pasaport\u00eb.<\/p>\n
E qytetari shqiptar nuk g\u00ebzon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrbimeve mjek\u00ebsore ose asistenc\u00ebs sociale, nuk mund t\u00eb regjistroj\u00eb makin\u00ebn, nuk mund t\u00eb blej\u00eb apo shes\u00eb pron\u00ebn dhe nuk mund t\u00eb votoj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet lokale apo qendrore.<\/p>\n
Ndryshe, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe boshnjak\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar vazhdimisht reciprocitet t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave me serb\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, pas pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsive me statusin e tyre n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Novi Pazar, Tutin e Sjenic\u00eb n\u00eb Sanxhak dhe n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Medvegj\u00eb e Bujanoc.<\/p>\n
