Komisioneri Publik, Irena Nino, i q\u00ebndroi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e procesit t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr Alfred Ball\u00ebn dhe ndalimin e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e strukturave drejtuese n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr 15 vjet, pasi ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen nga statusi i \u201cndihm\u00ebsit ligjor\u201d me vullnetin e tij t\u00eb plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Balla dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb jo-magjistrat\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb dhe K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb Gjyq\u00ebsor po shpresojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb detyrat n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb si magjistrat\u00eb pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb mandatit n\u00eb \u201cqeverisjen e gjyq\u00ebsorit dhe t\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ligji n\u00eb fuqi parashikon q\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebt dhe prokuror\u00ebt e rinj em\u00ebrohen vet\u00ebm pasi t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar Shkoll\u00ebn e Magjistratur\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb me sukses procesin e Vetingut.<\/p>\n
