Kosova aplikoi p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb K\u00ebshill t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs n\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 2022, por moszbatimi i vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese p\u00ebr Manastirin e De\u00e7anit u kthye n\u00eb penges\u00eb q\u00eb vendi i vog\u00ebl ballkanik t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb organizat\u00eb, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht sepse t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut dhe sundimi i ligjit jan\u00eb dy vlerat themelore mbi t\u00eb cilat bazohet K\u00ebshilli i Evrop\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje mori epilog kur Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs vendosi n\u00eb mars t\u2019ia dor\u00ebzoj\u00eb pron\u00ebsin\u00eb e 24 hektar\u00ebve tok\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse Serbe (KOS). Gjykata Kushtetuese e Kosov\u00ebs vendosi n\u00eb favor q\u00eb manastirit t\u2019i jepej toka n\u00eb vitin 2016, por qeverit\u00eb e nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme kosovare refuzuan ta zbatonin vendimin e gjykat\u00ebs.
