N\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr Integrim Evropian, t\u00eb premten, nuk ka kaluar as nj\u00eb Projektligj, kjo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosvotimit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto projektligje, sipas opozit\u00ebs, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb rregulluara sipas legjislacionit t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n

\u201cShqyrtimi i Projektligjit p\u00ebr ndryshimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e Ligjit p\u00ebr noterin\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rregulluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike me legjislacionin e BE-s\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb kryetarja e k\u00ebtij Komisioni nga radh\u00ebt e Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Rrezarta Krasniqi.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn konstatim, Krasniqi, ka pasur edhe p\u00ebr Ligjin p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin Prokurorial.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projektligj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marr parasysh asnj\u00eb nga propozimet dhe rekomandimet e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

As ky projektligj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i rregulluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike me legjislacionin e BE-s\u00eb. Jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb propozime dhe rekomandime nga BE-ja, por q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb marr parasysh nga komisioni funksional\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj as projektligjet si ai p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt, ai p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin e Siguris\u00eb dhe at\u00eb p\u00ebr zyrtar\u00ebt publik\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb rregulluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike me legjislacionin e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
