Kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Edi Rama n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare \u201cRugova dhe Per\u00ebndimi\u201d p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb 25-vjetorit t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, theksoi se Ibrahim Rugova \u00ebsht\u00eb ati themelues i Kosov\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cNj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb ka sh\u00ebnjuar historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb sa t\u00eb rrall\u00eb dhe t\u00eb domosdoshme. Rugova, Ati themelor i Kosov\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb, ishte nj\u00eb intelektual i nxjerr\u00eb nga koleksioni i portreteve t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs romantike. Nj\u00eb politikan i rrahur me vaj dhe me uthull\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij Rama u shpreh se Rugova ishte politikani m\u00eb atipik shqiptar, nd\u00ebrsa duke cituar shkrimtarin Ismail Kadare, e quajti Rugov\u00ebn si politikan pa pallat e pa komb.<\/p>\n

\u201cMbetet m\u00eb atipiku i politikan\u00ebve shqiptar. I pashpjeguesh\u00ebm dot deri n\u00eb fund p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si i imponuar njer\u00ebzve si lumi q\u00eb rrjedh duke krijuar shtatin. Rugova kryetar pa pallat e pa \u00a0komb e \u00e7oi vendin drejt t\u00eb ardhmes. Ai u vet\u00ebshpall president i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, pati guximin e gjeniut p\u00ebr fatin se nuk rrezikoi jet\u00ebn, por personalitetin. Ishte nj\u00eb akt donkishotest p\u00ebr shum\u00eb\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n

Sipas Ram\u00ebs, \u201cpa Rugov\u00ebn s\u2019do kishte pasur U\u00c7K, pa luft\u00ebn q\u00eb ai filloi n\u00eb paqe s\u2019do ishte arritur paqja e fituar me luft\u00eb, pa miqt\u00eb e m\u00ebdhenj, pushk\u00ebt e U\u00c7K s\u2019do jehonin mbi Beograd p\u00ebrmes bombave t\u00eb NATO-s\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cKoh\u00ebt q\u00eb paqja t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte luft\u00ebn, q\u00eb lufta t\u00eb mund\u00ebsonte paqen, mund t\u00eb mos kishin ardhur kurr\u00eb. Me fjal\u00ebt i vetmi kompromis p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb pavar\u00ebsia dhe strategjin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb paqes p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar luft\u00ebn, Rrugova d\u00ebshmoi se besnik\u00ebria ndaj parimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyt\u00ebs pa largpam\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe e dyta paqes s\u00eb plot\u00eb i duhet di\u00e7ka esenciale m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa fitorja e luft\u00ebs me arm\u00eb, i duhet shikimi i t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs me syt\u00eb e t\u00eb ardhmes, dhe jo shikimi i t\u00eb ardhmes me syt\u00eb e t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n
