Agjencia p\u00ebr Informim dhe Privat\u00ebsi (AIP), i ka shqiptuar nj\u00eb gjob\u00eb prej 20 mij\u00eb euro Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs, pasi kjo komun\u00eb kishte publikuar n\u00eb ueb faqen e saj zyrtare, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb lista me t\u00eb dh\u00ebna personale t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb fituar subvencione sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore p\u00ebr vitin 2024.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb njoftimin e k\u00ebsaj agjencie, n\u00eb rrjetin social Facebook, ata kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publike.<\/p>\n

\u201cPas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb procedurave inspektuese, AIP ka konstatuar se Komuna e Gjakov\u00ebs ka publikuar lista me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e subjekteve personale (t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb ndjeshme), t\u00eb cilat lista kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna personale si: emrin, mbiemrin, vitin e lindjes, numrin personal, diagnoz\u00ebn e s\u00ebmundjes, numrin e llogaris\u00eb bankare, numrin e telefonit t\u00eb personave fizik\u201d, than\u00eb ata.<\/p>\n

Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, nga kjo agjenci, kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb veprime ligjore ndaj komun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej, nga AIP-ja, u theksua se do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb inspektimet n\u00eb ueb faqet e tjera sidomos n\u00eb komunat e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
