Ministrja e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Donika G\u00ebrvalla, t\u00eb mart\u00ebn n\u00eb Strasburg t\u00eb Franc\u00ebs, ka takuar presidentin e Komitetit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, Gabrielius Landsbergis, me \u00e7\u2019rast tema kryesore e diskutuar ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllja e procesit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb organizat\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

\u201cGjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij takimi Ministrja G\u00ebrvalla, e shoq\u00ebruar nga N\u00ebnkryetarja e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Saranda Bogujevci dhe Ambasadori Lulzim Hiseni e uroi Ministrin Landsbergis p\u00ebr marrjen e Presidenc\u00ebs s\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe shprehu mir\u00ebnjohje t\u00eb thell\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen q\u00eb Lituania i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn p\u00ebr media e l\u00ebshuar nga Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb takimit, si\u00e7 thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00eb, kryediplomatja ka potencuar se Kosova i ka plot\u00ebsuar t\u00eb gjitha kushtet p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb KiE, gj\u00eb e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar edhe nga Asambleja Parlamentare e KiE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

G\u00ebrvalla, gjat\u00eb takimit, ka ofruar edhe bashk\u00ebpunimin e institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me \u201cq\u00ebllim q\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mblidhet Komiteti i Ministrave p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendimin historik p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kosova nuk ishte n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn e Komitetit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, ku do t\u00eb votohej pro ose kund\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb organiz\u00ebm nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

Arsyeja e mos-trajtimit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Komitetin e Ministrave ishte kushti q\u00eb Franca, Gjermania e Italia artikuluan publikisht, e q\u00eb Kosova refuzoi ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb me arsyetimin se k\u00ebrkesa ishte absurde.<\/p>\n
