Investimet n\u00eb tregun e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme kryesuan investimet e huaja n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb shqiptare edhe n\u00eb 3-mujorin e par\u00eb 2024.<\/p>\n

Referuar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, investimet e t\u00eb huajve n\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb paluajtshme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri arrit\u00ebn vler\u00ebn e 84 milion eurove, n\u00eb rritje me 71% m\u00eb shum\u00eb krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb vitin e kaluar.<\/p>\n

Pasurit\u00eb e paluajtshme soll\u00ebn pothuajse 24% t\u00eb vler\u00ebs totale t\u00eb investimeve t\u00eb huaja direkte.<\/p>\n

Sipas rezultateve t\u00eb vrojtimit periodik t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, rreth 26% t\u00eb banesave t\u00eb shitura gjat\u00eb 6-mujorit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb 2023 u raportuan t\u00eb blera nga shtetas jorezident\u00eb. Nga k\u00ebta, 1\/3 jan\u00eb shtetas t\u00eb vendeve jasht\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb vler\u00ebson se n\u00eb fund t\u00eb tremujorit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit stoku i investimeve t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb tregun e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri arriti n\u00eb 1.66 miliard\u00eb euro, n\u00eb rritje me 41% krahasuar me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e fundit, stoku i investimeve t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb paluajtshme pothuajse \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur me pothuajse 22 her\u00eb.<\/p>\n
