Autoritetet e Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb arrestuar t\u00eb shtun\u00ebn pes\u00eb persona, pasi q\u00eb dyshohen se kan\u00eb kryer krime lufte ndaj viktimave civile shqiptare.<\/p>\n
Lajmi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i ditur nga Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb theksuar se pas zhvillimit t\u00eb hetimeve disa mujore me Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs-Drejtorin\u00eb e Krimeve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs, si dhe n\u00eb koordinim me institucionet e siguris\u00eb e gjykat\u00ebn kompetente, ka udh\u00ebhequr nj\u00eb aksion, i cili ka rezultuar me arrestimin e ndalimin e pes\u00eb personave t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKrime Lufte\u201d, nga neni 142 lidhur me nenin 22 t\u00eb LP t\u00eb RSFJ-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokurorit Special, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aksioni jan\u00eb ndaluar personat me inicialet: D.C., D.N., N.S., S.J., M.Sh.<\/p>\n
Aty dyshohen se n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje edhe me pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb paidentifikuar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij grupi, t\u00eb armatosur dhe t\u00eb veshur me uniforma t\u00eb kamufluara dhe uniforma jo t\u00eb rregullta t\u00eb policis\u00eb apo ushtris\u00eb serbe, m\u00eb 05.04.1999, n\u00eb or\u00ebt e para t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit, kishin nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb aksion n\u00eb fshatrat Inatoc (Kokaj), Llovc\u00eb, Pogragj\u00eb dhe Uglar.<\/p>\n
