Vendimi i Apelit erdhi pasi Muho kishte k\u00ebrkuar ndryshimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb siguris\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur nga Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Sarand\u00eb.<\/p>\n
